The Role The perfect opportunity for someone commencing their WHS career with the potential to grow and develop. Reporting to the WHS Manager of our Building Products Group (BPG), you will be primarily based in Jandakot, some site travel is required to effectively support the BPG group in managing and maintaining WHS-related data, documentation and processes. We are open to full-time and part-time work with flexible working arrangements for the right candidate. The role will include: Providing WHS administrative support for the HSE Management Systems (Myosh and SharePoint) as well as data entry, recording, filing and ensuring security for sensitive documentation and records. Providing training and support to employees with HSE Management Systems. Contribute to and actively support ongoing business continuous improvement initiatives for WHS systems and culture. Attend and record minutes for Health and Safety committee meetings and toolbox meetings. Coordinating site induction sessions, audits and inspections. Monitoring, updating and coordinating renewals for relevant compliance documentation, licenses and tickets. Supporting the WHS Manager to ensure all safety procedures and policies are understood and adhered to. What we’ll love about you: Attention to detail, high degree of confidentiality and professionalism (required). Basic knowledge and understanding of Work Health & Safety principles and processes and systems (advantageous). Competent in the use of MS Office suite. Ability and confidence to build and maintain positive relationships with various internal and external stakeholders. Formal Qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (highly desirable but not essential).
