Our Joondanna Centre is looking for a Centre Administrator to oversee enrolments and manage compliance within the service. About the Role Welcome children and families with a friendly and professional demeanor whilst maintaining confidentiality Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow-up as required Prioritise tasks, focusing on managing phone, email, and walk-in queries with relevant information as per company procedure Liaise with external suppliers/contractors and report back to the Centre Director with quotes/expenditure requests for submission (as per company procedure) Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner Available to work Monday to Friday - 37.5 hours per week Skills and Qualifications Required Current Working with Children's Check Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates Current Child Protection Training Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us) High proficiency in the QikKids software system and working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) guidelines Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Suite Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations Green Leaves Work Perks Competitive above-award wages Generous staff discount Access to internal training guides and videos Health and Wellness Program Uniforms are provided and on-site parking 24/7 access to a large online library of learning and development Fully supported by our centralised Customer Care team via phone and email Plus much more through our Green Leaves Work Perks benefits program Make Your Move Our Joondanna service is located in the heart of Joondanna in Perth's inner-northern suburbs. It has been custom-designed to meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age. As you enter our beautiful centre, you’ll find our state-of-the-art Chef’s kitchen and culinary lesson area, as well as our parent lounge where families can connect or meet with educators over fresh barista coffee and a baked treat.
