Work closely with the Business Development team to help coordinate the sales & customer service transactions in an FMCG business Woods & Co have partnered with an Australian owned and operated business who are experts in distributing and exporting high-quality meat between Australia and Asia. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. A successful candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills, being able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated history of working in customer service with a sales focus and/or administration, ambition, and the ability to work autonomously. Receiving inbound calls and problem solving Provide outstanding customer service with product knowledge/information in a timely manner Working closely with Product Manager and BDM team Manage the sales process Consistently update and maintain CRM and sales inbox Identify and implement process improvements What do you need? 1 years in a similar role Exceptional customer service & phone manner Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively Fluent English (Chinese speaking is a bonus) Ability to problem solve and deal with queries If you have a passion for sales and a proven track record of improving operational performance and bringing new ideas, we would love to hear from you.
