About our Opportunity Our Airport West showroom has an immediate opportunity for an energetic and friendly Showroom Sales Consultant to join our sales team. You will be one of a team of two contributing to the success of the showroom, directly impacting our brand promise and our customer experience. You will be the first point of contact for any visitors with window and door product enquiries assisting with product selection and preparing quotes whilst always providing an exceptional level of service to our customers within the home renovation market and new-build market visiting our showroom looking for your expert advice and service in relation to window products. Responsibilities include: showroom walk-in and phone sales enquiries for retail and trade customers plan take offs, estimating and preparing quotations servicing customer quote and order enquiries delivering to sales targets and service model updating leads progress in CRM related sales administration We will provide you with the required training and you will enjoy continued support from experienced team. About You Ideally you will have worked in a consultative selling environment , enjoy interacting with customers to understand their needs and present them with solutions, and have the self confidence and maturity to build working relationships with our friendly team, suppliers and customers.
