The role Proactively greet and interact with customers Consult with customers to understand their needs and preferences related to our product range Demonstrate and explain products, selecting and suggesting options suitable for the customer's needs Answer customer's questions about our product range, use and compatibility Retrieve products from the sales floor, stock room or other inventory locations as required, and consistent with internal safety processes. Process sales through the POS system and collects payments in accordance with company policy.
