About the role TAFE NSW is looking for individuals with current industry experience and knowledge in Commercial Cookery to join our team of teachers on a full time basis. This position will be based at the Bega TAFE Campus. Be prepared to drive Commercial Cookery in the Bega region with new and innovative techniques and delivery. About You You will love this role if you: Like to share your passion across specialist areas in Commercial Cookery. Want to work as a part of a collaborative and dynamic teaching team and are committed to building the skills of students. Have a demonstrated commitment to or previous experience in delivering training in an adult learning environment. You will have: Certificate III or above in one of the following: Commercial Cookery Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) TAE40116 (or equivalent) and a commitment to maintaining competency. Minimum 3 (three) years relevant post-qualification industry experience within the last 5 (five) years, at a supervisory level as Sous Chef, Chef de Partie, Chef de Cuisine, Head Chef or Executive Chef.
