Our team is growing and we currently have a role on offer for a Fleet Administrator , employed on a Full Time basis, to work from our Macquarie Park office. The Fleet Administrator is part of a dynamic team that works seamlessly with all parts of the business and is willing to challenge the status quo, offer solutions and build better foundations for business growth. The role is responsible for the management and execution of fleet related administrative tasks, delivering excellent service, managing all assets including vehicle fleet and other assets under the Fleet portfolio, as well as identifying and developing cost saving opportunities. The Position: Coordinate and maintain the Company’s assets including owned, leased and Fleet Managed Assets in accordance with Australian/NZ Standards & ISS Global strategies Fleet Replacement Strategy - forecasting requirements for each division and recommendations on new fleet, extensions and lease contact finalisation. Fleet monitoring – develop and implement monitoring and reporting systems for a range of fleet management related topics, including vehicle utilisation, infringement notices, accidents/incidents, fuel usage, budgeted kilometres, servicing, driver licenses etc Provide advice and regular information regarding fleet management services to the business segments Half yearly review of all lease contracts to ensure tracking to contract kilometres. Ability to effectively dissect information and identify key issues and opportunities Commercially astute in the structure of contracts and agreements Effectively prioritises and meets deadlines Able to deal with multiple issues, pressures and deadlines concurrently. A self-starter that demonstrates initiative with a “can do” attitude Desirable Criteria: Demonstrated experience with Fleet Management or the Motor Vehicle Industry, preferably in leasing and fleet management or similar industry would be highly regarded Degree in a business-related course Desire to understand vehicles, the industry and our service offerings To apply for this role please click on the 'apply' link and complete the online application.
