About the Client Our client is a well established business with offices throughout Australia. They require a strong customer service manager to lead a team of 12 based out of their office in Botany. The role will be working in a high volume, fast paced environment, and the position will start on a contract basis but have the opportunity to go permanent. Ideally this person will be starting the week before Easter. The Responsibilities Liaise with internal and external stakeholders Work effectively with staff and other support functions to achieve customer service outcomes Process sales, order entry and credit card processing General administrative tasks Manage and lead the team on a day to day basis, and be able to provide training and on boarding. The Successful Applicant: Prior experience working as a Customer Service Manager Proficiency in a consumer oriented environments managing high volume transactions FMCG/Retail experience an advantage Ideally immediately available.
