As the Customer Service Agent - Sales Desk, your role will involve issuing and accenting for documents such as Passenger Tickets, Electronic Miscellaneous Documents (EMD), Manual Excess Baggage Tickets and GST Tax Invoices. You'll have - Working knowledge and experience in fares and ticketing, are essential to be considered for this role. Examples of this include AQIRE and Altea Customer Management Demonstrated commitment to customer service delivery with proven success in a customer facing role Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to handle customers in a tactful manner Demonstrated ability to make timely and accurate decisions whilst maintaining optimum service levels and on time performance Effective, supportive and enthusiastic communication skills with a flexible attitude and ability to model, influence and encourage positive behaviour The ability to work shift work - Your shift could start as early as 0500 or end as late as 2100.
