It is a 5-level building with 2 basement levels in the Heart of Hervey Bay. There is an excellent team in place, and we are now just looking for a suitable Contracts Administrator to take things to the next level. Some responsibilities include: Assisting the Project Manager in Forecasting Procuring and negotiating with trades Helping to developing scopes of works Identifying and administering variations and RFI’s Ciost Reporting, scheduling, and programming This is a great long term career opportunity for an ambitious CA.
