They are looking for an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join their team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the field sales team and direct to customers by assisting with the lodging, processing and closing of orders. You will also be providing knowledge and advice about our client's product range. Duties will include: Collaborates with the field sales team on customer quotes, orders, and general enquiries Assist in closing sales Assists in resolving routine customer service and support issues Follows-up on the progress of orders by phone and email Provide information on products and availability Ensures all incoming customer enquiries via phones and emails or online are attended to Assists the field sales team to follow up and maintain new customer relationships Directs prospects to the field sales team Ensure the database is updated and maintained. Handles customer grievances or complaints Going the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales Keeps records of calls and sales and notes useful information Skills Required: Excellent customer service skills and a pleasant and friendly phone manner Minimum of 1 years’ experience working in a call-centre or similar environment High attention to detail with the ability to respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner A demonstrated capacity to learn new product knowledge in a fast paced environment Ability to take ownership, follow tasks through to completion, and juggle multiple priorities at any one time Ability to work unsupervised Intermediate computer skills Full training will be given we are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a proven track record of customer service excellence and a passion for closing sales and making sure promises are delivered.
