Customer Experience (CX) Design Lead $918.53 - $1,056.31 per day Super ASAP Start - 20/05/24 Potential to Extend Sydney CBD - WFH Flexible Hybrid Combination Working within Government Design Lead - CX Design An exciting opportunity to work within a sought-after government department, with a high rate and contract length with high potential to extend Your Role: As the Customer Experience (CX) Design Lead you will bring human centred design skills and thinking to support and guide the definition of the desired customer experience and to develop and implement strategies to achieve this outcome. You will advise business leaders in each of the service lines on actions to support enhanced customer outcomes and ensure these are aligned with the organisations customer experience objectives. Your Skills and Experience: You will work with the service lines to design and define the desired customer experience and embed this into business practice. You will advise and guide the business on the changes required to achieve customer outcomes and ensure communication in each of the service lines. You will advise and guide the development of human centred design capability and projects including the design of digital experiences. You will coordinate the dissemination of customer experience design capability through the service lines. You will design and implement strategies to enhance customer experience at key service points and ensure their integration into the procedures and systems. You will undertake and coordinate investigation of customer touchpoints and the customer experience. You will research, develop, and implement design projects. You will provide persuasive, commercially sound, professional advice and solutions. You will anticipate and assess changes which impact the business. You will work to create enhanced customer experience through innovative design and implementation. Your Desirable Criteria: Tertiary qualification at degree level in marketing or other relevant field, or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through extensive practical experience 5 years broad range of experience in customer experience design and leading design initiatives, preferably in the telecommunications, finance or insurance industry or with a top consulting firm If you would like to be considered for this role, please click apply and submit your resume as MS Word Doc.
