About the role As the Senior Design Team Lead at Lifeblood, you will lead and communicate, overseeing and working on various projects' visual elements and aesthetics. From large-scale campaigns to day-to-day business materials, you will be driven by creative concepts and out-of-the-box thinking. As part of the Creative Services Team within the National Marketing Team, you will work closely with the Copy Manager and Content Manager under the oversight of the Creative Manager to deliver projects from concept to completion while adhering to brand guidelines all the while pushing creative boundaries to deliver campaigns, projects, and innovative solutions. You will also provide strategic and creative development to internal stakeholders. A day in this role would see you: be provided regarding regulations relevant to your role with us. Lead and inspired three designers, managing their development and output. Create compelling visual assets for print, digital, and multimedia platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop design concepts that resonate with our audience. Manage and prioritise a diverse workload, influencing and managing various stakeholders. Ensure all work is cohesive with brand guidelines, maintaining and evolving the brand's visual identity. Continually look for ways to optimise work processes and achieve remarkable outcomes. Sound interesting? Here’s what we’re looking for: Advanced typographical, graphical, and conceptual skills Strategic thinker with the ability to provide innovative solutions. Experience in art direction (photoshoots, video, illustration, etc.) Comprehensive skills in Microsoft Office and design software (Adobe Creative Suite) Experience in digital asset development (eDMs, animation, social media, etc.) Excellent communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative approach It's not necessary (but would be awesome), experience with video editing. This permanent full-time opportunity reports to the Head of Distribution and can be a hybrid, working from home or in any of our offices nationally.
