SDR's needed to join this new breed of lenders armed with tech and analytical tools offering a tailored approach to small business finance. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to be responsible for outbound calling to our client database for the purpose of introducing potential clients to senior sales agents. MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: Making a minimum of 75 call per day Identifying potential new business opportunities Qualifying client the client and handing over “hot prospect” to the senior sales agent Completing fact find on customer scenarios Uncovering client objectives Relevant document collection Supporting wider sales team in achieving sales targets Effective handover of customer to senior sales agent Meeting individual monthly sales targets Maintaining professional interactions with customers and staff Liaise with various stakeholders (internal/external) Respond to all customer inquiries in a professional and prompt manner Accurate record keeping of customer files and interactions Maintain and upkeep of client CRM system and customer records by Identifying and addressing discrepancies Onboarding new clients, seamless handover to senior sales agents, and document collection SKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Outgoing friendly personality with a positive team player attitude Excellent administration skills and attention to detail Outstanding written and verbal communication skills The ability to be able to work in a fast paced environment at month end and during high volume period Previous experience in sales an advantage Ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines under pressure Excellent customer service skills, both in person and over the phone Confidentiality and attention to detail and organizational skills are a must Apply now Nicolle Hann-Dunbavin
