You will create design solutions that support the marketing strategies of our Australian and New Zealand hotels from concept to completion, using a mix of creative skills and Brand Standards. This will support the revenue streams of all properties (including Hyatt Regency Brisbane, Park Hyatt Auckland,AHyatt Hotel Canberra, Park Hyatt Sydney & Hyatt Regency Sydney and their bars and restaurants). You will be based a minimum of two-days a week at Hyatt Regency Sydney. You will have theoption to work from home or office on the other three days. Main Responsibilities: - Develop creative promotional collateral for Hyatt (brand) and Australian and New Zealand hotels (five properties) and hotel sub brands, that aligns with brand values, vision and style guides. - Produce creative artwork for social media channels and digital channels, including static and short form video content (e.g. editing, animation for socials) for Hyatt (brand), hotels and sub-brands (bars & restaurants) - Maintain quality check of design projects across Australian and New Zealand hotels and ensure that all design solutions adhere to brand guidelines. - Updating and maintaining each hotels sub-brand (bars & restaurants) style guide documents - Develop digital web banner advertisements adhering to upload specifications and brand guides for Hyatt (brand), Australian and New Zealand hotels and sub-brands - Work with partners and sponsors to produce co-branded collateral and promotional material - Work with Marketing teams to meet set deadlines of internal stakeholders To be successful in this role, ideally you will have: - Experience of working in large corporation or international brands with global style guides to adhere to - Experience of working across multiple brand and sub-brand simultaneously - Ability to be self-motivated, working autonomously for multiple stakeholders with various deadlines - Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro and/or After effects, Media encoder. - Min of 2 year of Graphic Design experience - Full working rights in Australia.
