APG Workforce are currently seeking qualified and experienced Electricians for our clients further processing facility based in Ingleburn Leading providers in household names and producers amazing products such as chicken tenders, pop corn chicken, nuggets and MORE As an Electrician, you will be supporting our Maintenance team in attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery in a timely manner. We are looking for an experienced electrician to cover various shifts and weekend work to support the team. Benefits Great employee benefits Opportunity to be part of a growing team with career development opportunities ASX listed company through Australia and NZ The health, safety and wellbeing of our people is our highest priority Daily Tasks: Attending to repairs and breakdowns of production machinery in a timely manner Reduce reactive maintenance and proactively improve unplanned downtime Assisting in developing and introduction maintenance programs to support all internal stakeholders Ensure the execution of safety standards and quality assurance practices into all repairs and maintenance activities Identifying and escalating Animal Welfare, Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks. To be successful in this role, you will need: Electrical license and an Australian trade qualification Industrial experience in installations, fault finding, repairs and maintenance on production equipment Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships, communicate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders An active problem solver and quick thinker to ensure that issues are resolved effectively and efficiently Proven skills in the areas of attention to detail, information processing and problem solving with the ability to multitask Sound ability to interrogate automated applications, processing machinery and equipment Strong electrical aptitude of; SCADA, comms, and connectivity, including inverters, power conversion and DANFOSS/variable speed drives Ability to identify and introduce improvements in maintenance practices and plant performance Experience with Maximo or similar maintenance program as a CMMS would be an advantage If you think this role could be for you, please APPLY TODAY If you are a newly qualified electrician please also feel free to submit an application as we may have other opportunity's for you based on your experience in the field.
