Reporting to the Engineering Director you will have a passion for building real solutions, a drive to work with exciting technology such as AI and possess an eye for detail and not be afraid to continually share your ideas with the team. You will currently be a junior to mid-level developer who thrives on challenges and is serious about building a future around technology. This position can be based in Sydney or Brisbane. About the Role: Develop and deliver software features. Ensure team standards are met and processes are followed. Work with the team to prioritise features and estimate time/complexity. Proactively identify areas where existing software, standards or processes could be improved. Provide level 3 support for custom developed software. Create fit for purpose documentation. Proactively share software engineering knowledge and expertise with others. Be approachable, collaborative, and proactive. Be constantly learning and educating those around you. Advocate for high quality and continuous improvement of people, process and technology. What you'll have: Prior experience in a Software Engineering or Full Stack Developer style role. Experience testing solutions developed by team members and a willingness to thoroughly test and provide feedback. Experience implementing secure coding techniques. Radio/media/broadcasting industry experience – high advantageous Security based software principles, including privacy best practises. Strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. User experience best practises and a knowledge of WCAG. Engineering best practices including Agile methodologies and version control. Excellent skills in at least two development languages. Experience with Microsoft .NET Core (C# and Blazor). Technologies such as Azure DevOps, SQL Server and Entity Framework. Working with hybrid solutions (On-Premise and Cloud).
