Our clients are an established, professional remedial building contractor, providing a responsive and high-quality service to commercial, industrial, and multi-residential properties across Sydney. They are looking for a Sales Support Administrator to provide office support to their customers and senior management. You should be able to work effectively and co-operatively with others and establish and maintain good working relationships. You must have a strong understanding of sales, customer service, and experience working with a digital marketing partner will be highly regarded. You will have a great work ethic, be deadline focused and be able to work autonomously. Responsibilities: • First point of contact • Answer daily calls, transfer to relevant departments • Record all jobs & quote requests from clients. • Assist with constructing, sending, quotations & tenders. • Data entry & management to ensure accurate records • Coordinate Marketing initiatives • Review marketing reports & present to management • Compile & prepare reports for customers • All ad hoc tasks as required. Essential Criteria: • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Excellent verbal and written communication • Pro-Active attitude • Construction industry experience preferred (not essential) • Experience using CRM systems (Nexiva) highly desirable. • Strong use of MS Office applications
