If so, we need you Immediate Start Industrial Manufacturing Facilities Location: Coominya, QLD Ongoing full time hours & Opportunity for permanency Great hourly rate: $50 penalties super Our client is seeking a Industrial/Maintenance Electrician that has experience working with industrial plant equipment maintenance, and facilities maintenance in manufacturing or industrial facilities. They are a well respected organisation that offers full time hours of a rolling roster (Morning, Afternoon, Evening). You will play a crucial role in ensuring the electrical maintenance and installations at our facility. This position requires expertise in fault finding, experience ideally in technical repairs, breakdown prevention, and working in a live plant environment. Minimum of 3 years' experience in automated facilities. You will diagnose electrical issues, perform inspections, and ensure compliance with electrical codes and regulations. About The Role: In this role you will be responsible for: Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Install, repair, and maintain electrical systems in compliance with codes and regulations. Diagnose and troubleshoot automation and electrical issues. Interpret electrical schematics and technical specifications. Perform preventative maintenance inspections and repairs. Collaborate with team members and contractors to ensure timely completion of work. Respond to emergency repairs promptly and safely. Cooperate professionally with clients, team members, and management. Skills and Experience Required: Valid Electrical Fitter/Mechanic Licence (QLD). Experience in plant equipment, manufacturing or processing facilities. Strong mechanical understanding for fault finding. Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail. Minimum 3 years' experience in facilities manufacturing environments. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics. Valid Australian Driver's licence and reliable transportation.
