The opportunity We are excited to offer an outstanding opportunity to a Proposals Administrator seeking to join our dynamic team. Located in either our Melbourne or Sydney office, you will have the chance to contribute your expertise to a variety of engaging projects. As a key member of our Business and Technical Development team, you will be pivotal in supporting tenders, panels and major fee proposals. You will collaborate closely with Business Development Leads to pursue and deliver high-quality proposals and tenders. Additionally, you will be actively involved in overseeing end-to-end proposal management for significant opportunities, coordinating stakeholders, database administration, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and support teams. To excel in this role, tender and proposal writing and management skills are essential, and previous experience will be highly regarded. Your ability to adapt to diverse projects will be crucial, as you will work on multiple assignments with varying demands. Flexibility and adaptability are essential attributes to ensure success in this position. Australian work rights are mandatory for the role.
