Your skills will contribute to achieving our business objectives by targeting and growing various revenue streams across key industry verticals.Reports to CEO, WorkinAUS Collaborates with• Internal - Sales team - Customer support and on-boarding team - Marketing team - Senior leadership team - Personnel of Sociable Tech (parent company)• External - Clients and customers - Referral partners - Advocates and influencers - Investors and regulators - Suppliers and partners Benefits • WorkinAUS is a fast paced environment that is growing aggressively• Work with a diverse team of enthusiastic and entrepreneurially minded individuals• A competitive package and compelling commission structure that rewards you the more you succeed• Comprehensive training and ongoing professional development.• Opportunities for career advancement as we continue to expand Task & Responsibilities • Telephone Sales: Reach out to potential clients to present our subscription packages, highlight the value proposition, demonstrate the product, and close deals.• Telephone Sales: Reach out to existing customers to present new software products, highlight the value proposition, demonstrate the product, and close deals.• Face to Face demonstrations: undertake webinars, conferences, trade shows, workshops and in person meetings to demonstrate the software, products and services provided • Customer Onboarding: Assist new clients with the seamless setup of their subscription packages, ensuring they receive all the benefits included in their chosen plan.• Customer Support: Setting up new clients with after sales support within the customer service team.• Identifying correct contacts at the target businesses• Maintaining a detailed record of prospect progress and follow-up actions• Providing feedback and insights to the marketing team based on conversations with leads.• Achieving agreed sales target and KPIs• Preparing reporting to executive management on pipeline of new business and forecasting• Visiting prospective client businesses to engage new sales opportunities • Following up clients and gauging satisfaction with the services to explore further opportunities• Following business policies and procedures when selling, and on-boarding clients Qualification & Experience • Tertiary qualification and at least 2 years of relevant work experience• Previous experience in cold calling, telephone sales or a related role is preferred• Proven ability to identify and qualify leads effectively• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal• The ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude• Familiarity with Hubspot software, or similar CRM, and best practices in sales development• Must be based in Australia About Company Get people here Solve your labour shortage with WorkinAUSyour direct line to the best domestic and international talent market.
