We are looking for a Contract Administrator to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective administration of all assigned upstream and downstream contracts. Your responsibilities will include drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts to safeguard the interests of Osmoflo, while collaborating closely with internal stakeholders, including management and legal staff, to identify areas where contracts can be improved or modified. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and review of contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. Draft and revise supporting documents for inclusion in tender and legal agreements with customers, suppliers, and subcontractors. Liaise with the internal legal department to ensure timely compliance with contractual deadlines and requirements. Monitor compliance and administer contractual obligations. Provide feedback on order processing, contract setup, and negotiations, escalating points of concern to the relevant stakeholders. Communicate changes/information to key stakeholders provided by the legal team or clients. Ensure seamless contract closeouts by ensuring all contractual obligations are met, documentation finalised, and resolving any outstanding issues. Support the development and implementation of contract management best practices and process improvements. Maintain all administration and records relating to contract and commercial activities, including procurement registers and payment claims. Implement document management processes and protocols to streamline document creation, distribution, and retention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract records and databases, tracking key milestones, obligations, and deliverables. Administer all aspects of the executed contracts, including contract notices, variations, notice of delay, and extensions of time. Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to document and communicate contract amendments, ensuring alignment and agreement among all parties involved. Position Requirement: Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, Legal studies, or other related discipline. Prior experience in contract administration, project management, or related field. Familiarity with contract law, industry standards, and regulations, preferably within construction. Effective organisational and multitasking abilities, high attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, excellent communication and influencing skills, customer focus, commitment to teamwork and continuous improvement, commitment to promoting good health, safety, and environmental work practices.
