Excellent opportunity for an experienced Platform Lead / Platform Manager to Lead Customer Systems for a rapidly growing energy company 12 month contract Brisbane CBD based with flexible working Greenfield opportunity to work on a large customer-facing system We are searching for an experienced Platform Lead / Platform Manager to Lead Customer Systems for a rapidly growing energy company. Your role will include: - Deliver Strategic Roadmaps - Define a strategic plan for evolving the customer, retail, and trading digital platforms aligned to business goals, needs, and timings. Direct Software Development - Lead software development teams to build, integrate, and deploy capabilities for all-digital customer and trader experience journeys and continuously enhance value. Retail and Trading Operations Support - Ensure the reliable delivery of key retail and trading platforms that retail operations function. Vendor Management - Handle third-party software or service relationships that underpin customer and trader experience technology foundations. Performance Metrics - Track and optimize key platform KPIs like conversion funnels, usage trends, transaction volumes, CSAT, and lead business reviews. Process Excellence - Improve incident, problem, and change management for customer platforms promoting stability and availability. Enable Innovation - Fosters a culture of innovation by evaluating emerging capabilities like AI, cloud platforms, and disruptive retail models to meet business needs. The role will have a number of technology rollouts and work with the business across platforms to understand the current state, future state, and future platform and data needs of the organisation. The role will suit a strategic thinker, with excellent documentation and business engagement skills.
