Their presence in the market is at the forefront of the Commercial market known for delivering design focused, high-profile projects. This exclusive position is in conjunction with a recent successful pipeline expansion, it will be a long term role offering stability and a platform for exceptional talent to grow, collaborate and advance within the organization post project requirements. Package: Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, plus superannuation (commensurate with experience). Key Requirements: Sector: Demonstrated experience in the Workspace sector with additional Hospitality exposure an advantage. Design Acumen: Display a forward-thinking approach to design, with ability to carry and contribute ideas across the entirety of the project lifecycle. Local Market Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Australian design market and local regulations, ensuring compliance throughout project execution. Design Skills: Exhibit strong hands-on design capabilities in Revit, contributing actively to project concept, development and delivery. Project Management: Capable of leading multiple complex projects concurrently with confidence, with support from the design team and direct reports. Leadership Abilities: Skilled in motivating teams, fostering positive collaboration, client engagement, and maintaining strong relationships.
