About the role: As an Outage Administrator at Origin, you will play a crucial role in supporting Overhaul Managers to ensure successful outages through effective administration and logistics. Your responsibilities will include coordinating site logistics, managing documentation, meeting minutes, timesheets, and providing general administrative support. You will work closely with the team to establish and maintain robust systems and frameworks that meet all outage requirements. While the role primarily involves remote work, there will be requirement to travel to site during outage execution stage (twice a year) to assist with onboarding personnel. This is a 12-month opportunity that offers the potential for extension based on future project requirements. Why this role matters? Coordinate procurement, installation, and logistics of site facilities and laydown areas Assist in work package development, including work descriptions, permits, and ITP preparation Coordinate parts ordering, special tools, and equipment, ensuring timely availability Maintain accurate documentation, including minutes, records, and job modules Gather and report information and data, referencing necessary documentation Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor and control work progress throughout the outage What will you bring? Administration experience in an industrial setting Effective conflict resolution and negotiation skills Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication abilities for effective coordination Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and connect with diverse personalities Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, and document management for streamlined operations SAP & MS Projects experience highly regarded Knowledge of maintenance planning, outage coordination, and promoting safe work practices on large industrial sites Origin - Where good change happens At Origin, we're powered by people who believe in creating change.
