About the opportunity You will be the face of Bradnam’s providing technical and product information to our customers as they enter the Showroom. Critical to your success will be your ability to engage with our valued customers, builders or homeowners, as they project manage a new home build or design lifestyle change with home improvements. Bringing your positive energy, the Customer Service Representative will partner with a team of Sales Representatives to interpret building plans to accurately enter data in the quotation systems. With exceptional knowledge retention skills, you’ll bring the “Bradnam’s Difference” to ensure a timely service is provided to our valued customers.
