In your role as Manager Design & Artwork, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager Brand and Creative Strategy, this role is responsible for leading the internal design team to deliver business value through creative excellence and efficient operations. In your role you will see the delivery of projects that support the entire business and marketing programs. This involves driving leadership in design thinking, ensuring all outputs are forward thinking, best in market, on brand and meet business objectives. We require someone with a strategic mindset, focused on delivering creative work that drives business value. You'll have - 6 years' experience in an agency, studio, or in-house environment producing both offline and digital collateral Creative leadership and broad experience within graphic design and digital industry, with proven ability to lead and mentor a team Robust and active interest in understanding and applying emerging trends within design to creative solutions across all the platforms Experience managing a team with varying levels of skills and experience Ability to influence and communicate effectively with people at all levels, internally and externally Ability to manage multiple projects and workflow simultaneously Advanced skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Microsoft PowerPoint Why Qantas?
