The Role: As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction within the organisation. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they deliver exceptional service to our customers. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and your previous experience in a similar role will set you up for success. Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of customer service representatives to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Set performance goals and objectives for the team and monitor performance against these targets. Provide ongoing training and development to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution. Monitor and analyse customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service management. Qualifications: Proven experience in a customer service leadership role. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid understanding of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
