St Mary's Anglican Girls' School is an independent day and boarding school for over 1450 girls from Kindergarten to Year 12. We provide girls with opportunities to pursue personal and academic excellence in a respectful and supportive environment.We are seeking an experienced Administrator who will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the daily administration needs of the Music Department. This is a term-time only position, working fulltime during the school term.Responsibilities for this key role include, but are not limited to:Undertake general administration for the School’s music program spanning Years K to 12.Manage the music timetables and rosters between staff and students.Manage and accurately record student lesson attendance and ensemble participation. Provide assistance as a point of contact for parent queries.The successful applicant will possess high level prioritisation, planning, and organisation skills.
