You will balance partner and stakeholder management, with a data-driven approach to performance decision-making, operational efficiency and optimising the GL LSP strategy. A critical requirement of this role will be the use and analysis of data to gain insights and understand the service performance and the legal spend across the LSP Panel. Work and think independently, whilst collaborating and communicating effectively with the LSPs, the Partner Performance team, Technical Claims Managers (TCMs), icare’s Data Insights/Reporting teams, and the Claims Service Provider (CSP). Providing advice and guidance to the LSP panel, promoting consistently high-quality partner performance, contract compliance, operational excellence, and continuous improvement. Monitoring and evaluating service delivery and outcomes, taking timely action to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and GL Claims objectives are being achieved. Day-to-day engagement with LSP firms, TCMs, CSP and Agencies, to foster a positive and collaborative relationship, resolve issues and identify areas of improvement and initiatives to achieve Scheme objectives. Work in partnership with the counterpart Relationship Manager at the LSPs to facilitate and build processes and rhythms, for clear and timely communication between icare and the LSP panel. Draft reports, develop business documents, operating procedures, and champion the work of the team, helping design and pilot business processes. Manage and prioritise critical, contractual actions with other specialists including but not limited to TCM teams, Data and Insights Teams, the CSP and project stakeholders. Skills & Experience 5 or more years relevant experience in a similar stakeholder relationship management or strategic provider environment, driving positive outcomes through collaboration and influence. Seasoned experience in vendor management, contract and supplier relationship strategy development and management. Knowledge of insurance claim and legal practices across multiple lines is desirable. Be clear thinking with a creative and innovative approach to dealing with problem solving and challenges. Exceptional communicator with influencer/negotiation skills and a collaborative approach.
