In this role you will: Lead a team of NBC Analysts focused on designing, configuring, and optimizing NBCs within Pega CDH. Concentrate on specific portfolios such as Credit Cards and Home Lending. Conduct descriptive analytics to refine NBC strategies. Provide insights on portfolio optimisation for Marketing and Business stakeholders. Collaborate with other delivery team leads to manage workloads effectively. Ensure efficient deployment of NBC strategies, covering new offers, propositions, and capability building.
