This premium women's brand is looking for a Cluster Manager to join the team, looking after the Boutique , Myer Concession & David Jones Concession. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a proven track record in meeting sales and revenue targets. We’re looking for a professional who has experience managing teams and maximising productivity. The successful candidate will be ready to build long-term relationships with their store leaders and Head Office counterparts. Leading from the front and being a brand ambassador Provide training and development for store staff Communicate with stakeholders on a regular basis Maximise sales and profitability within your cluster of stores Building and fostering strong relationship with your store staff Connect with the diverse customer base What do you need?
