We have a dedicated Business Development team that brings in the contracts… you get to focus on filling them. That said, because you are on the ground, we would love for you to keep your eyes open in regards to what's being built in your patch and reach out to them… just 5 prospective clients per week. Business development is a team effort and your part to play is important. We have responsibilities to our families so our support office team are all home between 4 and 5pm daily… cooking dinner, doing homework… cracking a bottle of Vino with our significant others and talking to our kids. We are a team….and every placement is celebrated We base our relationships on being real No BS and always honesty first. For you it may be knocking off at 2:45pm to do the school run. We work in industry specialties such as Retail, Hospitality, Health, Education, Construction / Trades & Services in both the Executive and Non-Executive space. We work in the permanent recruitment… not temp… no after-hours calls or weekend contact required. We have numerous rewards and incentive programs. For our 100% work from home / part time roles… we pay a fortnightly Salary and give you access to our full time commission structure. There is no commute, you don't spend half your week cold calling, no reference checking and you will receive ongoing administrative support. Typically our consultants earn between $75k and $200K working 20h/w. About you This is not an entry level role. This is not a trainee-ship. We want experienced recruiters who want to be treated like adults, don't like being micro managed and want to work in an uncapped / unhindered recruitment role. You may be a stay at home parent with a background in Recruitment. You may need greater flexibility such as working 100% from home, selecting what hours you work, working around family commitments but still want to contribute to the family income. You would attend a few weekly meetings via Microsoft Teams, otherwise, your time is yours. I should also mention that we recruit Australia wide… so non-comps can be side stepped.
