With empathy, adaptability and initiative, you will be a true champion of our clients by: In collaboration with the Legal Practice Manager, you will recruit, manage and coach all legal support team members, completing performance reviews and personal and professional development plans. Managing the administrative, transactional and non-legal operations of the office. Driving the administrative workflow for the office, with a focus ensuring KPI’s are set and targets are met or exceeded in relation to effective time recording, productivity and recoverability, and minimising net WIP write offs. Leading and coordinating projects focused on continuous improvement and process enhancement. Cultivating strong relationships with our clients, Shine employees, Counsel and other external stakeholders. Supporting our Legal team with optimising the use of internal systems to process information. Efficiently drafting legal documents, briefs and correspondence in a concise, timely and effective manner. What you’ll bring Significant experience as a Senior Legal Assistant or in a similar position. Experience working in personal injuries. Proficient computer literacy. Proficient verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to proactively manage own workload and guide the workload of others. Proven ability to identify efficiencies and impact continuous improvement. Experience coaching and developing others is highly desirable. Shine Lawyers: A place for you. It means more here.
