You will work closely with the Branch Manager and undertake a variety of administrative and support tasks to ensure the accurate and timely planning, and monitoring of operations. This role will serve as a key liaison between the operations, customer experience and finance teams. What you’ll do Daily use of our CRM system and scheduling systems to create bookings, quotes, and jobs Coordinating repairs Provide follow up reports and continually update our customer Update of Excel spreadsheets Coordinate paperwork including work orders and purchase orders Administration of invoicing and paperwork General administration and support tasks as required by Truck Tech NSW May be required to take on ad hoc duties as assigned by management About you Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise, and effectively multi-task and manage workload Proactive problem solver, working within timeframes with the ability to prioritise workload to meet appropriate deadlines Proficient skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel Solid experience in administrative duties, procedures and systems, including document control, data entry and file management Excellent verbal and written communication skills Highly developed organisational and time management skills; high level of initiative and problem-solving skill capacity Innovative and technologically savvy – ability to highlight any potential improvements in current systems, processes and procedures Team player with a willingness to assist and support others We are a values and people led organisation, if our values align with you, we’d love to hear from you.
