Main Responsibilities: Responding to email enquiries and phone calls, liaising with customers Creating sales quotations, converting quotes to orders and invoicing via Ostendo. Sourcing and ordering items to fulfill orders Processing sales and rental orders, including access to ERP systems. Managing rental quotations and orders with controlled procedures for return items. Sending certification and preparing paperwork for shipping to customers, including booking via freight companies Management of CRM database Tracking and accurate recording of sales documentation.
