The role Managing project accounts, allocating income and expenses. Performing data entry tasks, including handling quotes, invoices and bills. Streamline payment processes. Responsible for payroll duties. Conduct bank reconciliations. About you Minimum of 2 years experience in an administration role. Completion of a relevant Bookkeeping course is desirable. Proficient in Xero is essential. Strong communication skills. Full working rights (AU/NZ perm resident or citizen). Experience in the Construction Industry is highly regarded.
