The role An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Blue-collar Construction team in Parramatta. In this role, you will have the opportunity to recruit for some of our largest blue-collar construction clients. You will be responsible for providing clients with specialist recruitment solutions by building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and driving recruitment delivery. Responsibilities Collaborate with new and current clients to understand their staffing needs, create s, and provide market insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout the recruitment process. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and execute key account plans, ensuring exceptional value delivery to our customers. Stay up to date with industry trends, issues, and news, fostering consistent networking activities to enhance our brand in NSW. About you Previous experience in recruitment, account management or business development. Excellent communication skills to establish strong relationships with internal and external clients. Ideally, a robust network within the blue collar industry and prior experience selling solutions to this segment. Collaborative and proactive work approach. Strong stakeholder engagement and management abilities.
