In this role you will support the Design and Documentation for new store openings. About the role: Driving and embedding the Store Development process for delivery of new stores in line with Business initiatives Collaborate with the property team to ensure space requirements are met. Create schematic design drawings with space planning principles. Ensure Space Planning Principles are achieved for all new schemes, by working collaboratively with the wider Store Development and Merchandise teams. Support the planning and delivery of any refurbishments, relocations, extensions, or closures Support the new store process with the production of drawing documents suitable for municipal planning approval applications Manage external design consultants Suggest and deliver cost reduction initiatives Who We’re Looking For: A visionary with a knack for turning ideas into reality and a portfolio that speaks volumes about your talent and creativity.
