Working with the team in Nunawading, you will be responsible for providing support with activities of daily living and developing, implementing, and monitoring Individual Plans including personal care. In these roles you will work to facilitate the delivery of quality services and achieve positive outcomes with and for the clients within the house. These are part-time ongoing positions, the roster details outlined as fortnightly hours is detailed below: Roster splits: 61:30/52:30 – This roster is a mix of morning & afternoon shifts – some split shifts - Including 5 Sleep over shifts per month.
