About the Role Support people with disability living in Support Independent Living in Riverwood . You will have previous experience in manual handling, personal care (including bowel and stoma care) and behaviour support and be able to commit to one of the set roster lines below: 64 hours per fortnight: Week 1: Mon, Tue and Wed 3-8pm, Fri 3-11pm and Sat 3:30-11pm Week 2: Tue and Wed 3-8pm, Thu 2-10pm, Sat 6am-2pm and Sun 3-8pm 63 hours per fortnight: Week 1: Wed 3-11pm, Thu 11pm – 8am (active night), Fri 11pm – 7am (active night) Week 2: Mon 7am – 3pm, Thu 3-8pm, Fri 2-10pm, Sat 11pm – 7am (active night) and Sun 11pm – 8am (active night) Key Responsibilities Follow person-centred support and behaviour plans Facilitate client goal achievement through meaningful activities Maintain thorough record keeping Build positive relationships with clients, families and colleauges Advocate for client choice and control Skills & Experience Experience working with people with psychosocial disability Previous experience working with behaviour support plans Experience with personal care, including bowel and Stoma care An unrestricted Australian driver’s licence A current First Aid and CPR Certificate Successful candidates will be required to clear probity checks including a National Criminal History Record Check and obtain an NDIS Clearance.
