The Company Robert Half is currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Payable Officer for a well-established company, located in the inner Northern Suburbs, close to the CBD. The business is a government owned Not for Profit entity that supply Health Services to a variety of sectors. The business is currently undertaking a significant expansion of their services which has led to the creation of this role. The Role Reporting to the Senior Financial Accountant, this role will be one of two Accounts Payable Officers. The role is temporary role, initially for 6 months, 3 days per week. There is a good chance this role will turn into a permanent part time position in the future. The business is very flexible on start / finish times and can work around any morning/evening commitments you might have (i.e. school drop off & pick up). Ideally the 3 days worked would be Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday. This role will offer 1 day working from home & 2 days based on site - with free parking available. Your key duties will include: Processing invoices Preparing payment runs Bank reconciliations Employee expenses Supplier queries Employee expenses Month end support Your Profile To be successful you will have proven experience in managing an end-to-end Accounts Payable function.
