With loads of projects coming up, this position will definitely keep you on your toes The Role: Working for this firm your day-to-day will be consist of supporting two inspirational Partners who are super supportive and genuine who need a true Business Assistant to make sure the practice runs smoothly Your responsibilities include: File management Typing of file notes, letters etc. as dictated by Lawyer. Arrange appointments, organise conferences, ensure deadlines are met, maintain Lawyer’s calendar. Prepare detailed bills and enter timesheets as required. Conduct general property searches - obtaining searches of titles, property enquiry certificates, and company searches. Assist with drafting of correspondence, typing of letters, sending faxes, photocopying etc. Assist with the preparation of conveyancing documentation. Assist the team to arrange and coordinate settlements.
