If you are willing to roll your sleeves up and contribute to this journey, we would love to hear from you Come and find your better way with us About the Role: As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide excellent customer care and assist customers with queries and issues, while coordinating with both internal and external parties to come to resolutions whenever possible. Key responsibilities of the role will include: Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat messages from import and export customers Provide accurate and timely information regarding shipment status, documentation, and other relevant inquiries Identify and analyze customer issues to determine root causes Collaborate with internal teams to resolve challenges and ensure customer satisfaction\Assist in coaching and training new team members as required Assist the Customer Service Supervisors, Customer Service Manager and Customer Care Manager as required To be successful in this role, you will need: Completion of year 12 or equivalent Keen to start and build your career in shipping/supply chain and logsitics Strong proficiency in computer skills Customer oriented with sound relationship building skills Good communication skills Work in a pressure environment To apply for this role, you must be an Australian citizen or a permanent resident and currently live in Australia.
