We are looking for a skilled and detailed-oriented draftsperson with sound knowledge of building regulations and requirements. About You: Proven drafting experience within the building & construction industry Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD / Revit) and other relevant drafting tools. Sound knowledge of building regulations, codes and energy efficiency ratings Ability to work within a team environment or autonomously Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal Excellent time management and organisational skills Attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate drawings Ability to read and interpret drawings Duties & Responsibilities: Achieve set targets and maintain high standard of quality Produce, review and revise detailed drawings from relevant feedback Ensure seamless execution of designs plans by coordinating with contractors and suppliers Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and preferences Compile design briefs based on client input Produce working drawings and 3D renders using relevant software Only Australian or New Zealand Citizens, Australian Permanent Residency holders, and candidates with full-working rights in Australia should apply.
