As a result, we have some very exciting career opportunities, come and play a crucial role in the set-up and operations of our new mega Distribution Centre. We're currently on the lookout for experienced Inbound Warehouse Coordinators to join our team, with opportunities across our Day (6am - 2pm) and Afternoon (2pm - 10pm) shift. All roles are based at our brand-new, purpose-built site in Truganina How you will contribute: As a Warehouse Coordinator - Inbound you will be responsible for: - The planning and Scheduling of docks for all inbound loads - The receipting of all Inbound stock in SAP EWM - The efficient and accurate preparation of shipping paperwork for local and international freight - Partnering with cross functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery and pick up of containers. - Investigation of issues including damaged stock, unsafe loads and discrepancies for inbound freight - Provide ad hoc administrative support to internal warehouse teams. What you will bring - Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations. Container Management experience advantageous. - Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with impeccable attention to detail. - The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships - A can-do attitude, taking a proactive approach to problem solving - A safety-first approach - A passion or continuous improvement - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook - Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM - advantageous) No Relocation support available Business Unit Summary At Mondelez International, our mission is to provide consumers with the right snack, for the right moment, made in the right way.
