Responsible for servicing and growing a client portfolio of the Construction business in QLD. Their primary focus is providing customer service and portfolio management to both new and existing clients as well as Marsh colleagues, whilst developing internal & external relationships to achieve growth. We will count on you to: Work autonomously and with limited supervision. Develop renewal/placement strategies in conjunction with the Placement, Client Executive and executes in accordance with client instructions. Analyse quotes from carriers and provides analysis to colleagues and/or clients to assist with developing solutions and renewals. Build and maintains client and market contact at appropriate levels to execute effectively on client's program. Provide excellent client service ranging from; fielding day to day queries, driving pre renewal strategy meetings, providing contractual reviews, claims support, negotiating positive renewal outcomes and responding to evolving client risk profiles through appropriate insurance solutions. Responsible for client retention and servicing the full portfolio of construction client's insurances. Policies include but are not limited to; Contract Works, Public Liability, Professional Indemnity, Environmental, Motor, Plant and Equipment, Marine and Travel. Work closely with insurers to negotiate favourable solutions for clients. Provide leadership, training and coaching to team members as required. What you need to have: Minimum 5-7 years' experience, preferably with construction or construction insurance background and knowledge of the policies listed above. Tier 1 FSRA qualification will be required within 6 months. Dedicated to quality in all aspects of your work performance and client services, with a passion for customer service. A team player who naturally maintains solid working relationships with colleagues, clients, insurers and other relevant stakeholders. Excellent communication style able to effectively associate with various audiences, adapting approach as appropriate. Displays sound listening and comprehensive skills. Acts on growth opportunities, demonstrates a willingness to take on increased responsibilities and displays the ability to act independently with limited, yet appropriate, referral to manager.
