We are looking for a driven Senior Product Designer to joining our growing design team. You will be a champion of our users needs, understanding their challenges and working closely with Product and Engineering to create a high-quality and consistent user experience across your domain. Take ownership of end-to-end UX processes and champion our users needs with your team Form a deep understanding of our users needs informed by UX research and insights Use data and insights to drive design decisions Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering throughout the design process to identify new opportunities to improve our products Plan and conduct UX research to inform design and product decisions Facilitate design workshops with multidisciplinary teams across the business Craft design solutions that work for the user and meet business goals Ensure our journeys meet the user needs whilst being consistent across our products Communicate and present various stages of design development to team members and other business partners. WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED? Qualification or experience in Interaction Design, Computer Interaction, Behavioural Psychology, or another related field Expertise in user research, end-to-end design process, conceptualisation, UI prototyping, user testing, and implementation Experience in service design and systems thinking. You are able to think holistically across all touchpoints Expertise in using a range of quantitative and qualitative research methods, to measure design impact. Ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, and other designers to deliver product strategy and meet business goals Proficiency in Figma, Miro and other related tools Able to build strong working relations with peers Well organised and pragmatic problem solver who is motivated to create great user experiences
