About the Role In your capacity as a Customer Service Coordinator, you are tasked with providing exceptional customer service to our diverse clientele. Key Responsibilities Engage with customers over the phone, electronically, or in person (on rare occasions). Collaborate with the Quality department to resolve customer complaints efficiently. Work closely with the production scheduling team on order details. Inform customers about product delivery timelines. Accurately enter customer orders into the system in alignment with production and delivery schedules. Skills and Experience Proficient in computer usage, especially MS Word and Excel. Capable of meeting deadlines independently. A keen eye for detail and a high level of accuracy. Strong mathematical skills.
