Rapidly expanding, you will be working alongside an experienced director, they are seeking a part time strata manager or consultant. The Role: This is a unique role that will be dependent on the candidates experience. They are seeking either a contractor, part time strata manager or someone that can assist with after hour meetings. Their portfolios are predominantly residential and are situated in Sydney's Inner West and Western Suburbs. Your day to day duties will include but are not limited to: Liaising with Owners Corporation as required Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required After hour meetings are essential Prepare agendas Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs Support from the director The Candidate : Must be an experienced strata manager Excellent Communication Skills Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task Have a high level of computer skills This role is perfect for someone which is highly knowledge-able in strata & strong at actioning tasks The Benefits: This role is can be tailored around you Part-time hours on offer Boutique strata firm with a great reputation Supportive Director that is always present in the office Supportive environment – they know a thing or two about teamwork.
